The Challenge
Most of us are stressed out at work. Stress and sleeping problems seem to be interrelated. In this case, even minimal restlessness at night can take a toll on your mood, energy and efficiency at performing your daily chores or at work. Excessive stress and prolonged insomnia can cause numerous health conditions including toothaches, stomach cramps, anxiety, migraines, insomnia and others. People with such problems often turn to drugs including sleeping pills, antidepressants and painkillers. These substances may provide instant relief of your symptoms but they do little to alleviate the root causes of the aforementioned problems.
Who will benefit from Organic Chamomile Tea?
It’s an excellent beverage for the entire household, ranging from the hyperactive children to the elderly.
