    How to Make Yoghurt

    (a) Mix well the following (i) & (ii)

    (i) 1 cup of hot distilled water.

    3 cups of distilled water at temperature.

    (ii) 12 large heaped tablespoon milk powder.

    (b) Sieve into the Newlife™ Yoghurt Maker container.

    (c) Transfer out 2 tablespoon of the liquid milk into a glass. Put in a packet of yoghurt culture. Stir until dissolved.

    (d) Return (c) into the Newlife™ Yoghurt Maker container. Stir.

    (e) Cover and turn on the Newlife™ Yoghurt Maker.

    (f) Yoghurt should be ready in 5½ - 6 hours.

    (g) Store in the fridge.

    If fresh yoghurt is used as culture, the incubation period is 2½ - 3½ hours. Yogourmet yoghurt starter should be used as often as possible to ensure the good bacteria count (maximum of twenty recultures), otherwise you may lose the benefits of the yoghurt.
